Types of services: δ¹³C and δ¹⁸O isotopes in carbonate, sediments and water
Funding source: FINEP
The IRMS was acquired with FINEP funds in 2010 and installed in 2024. This equipment is coupled to the GasBench and Flash elemental analyzer systems and has been used for isotopic analyses of light elements, such as δ²H and δ¹⁸O analysis in natural water samples, and δ¹³C and δ¹⁸O analysis in carbonate and sediment samples.
